ABOUT CHRISTIAN ADAM
Over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, a significant amount in the capacity of project management. A variety of field/office experience coordinating many different types and sizes of projects across Canada | The Far North and Eastern United States. This includes working directly for construction and oil & gas companies during all phases in various locations including Heavy Industrial Complexes & infrastructure, Electrical substations/electrical facilities, module facility yards, pipe fabrication shops, engineering offices, plant facilities and pipelines. Currently an Indigenous leader assisting in forging strong relationships between multiple groups and promoting the recent positive initiatives without forgetting the histories of the past. OBJECTIVE: My main objective is to be an active participant on an innovative and progressively integrated client teams – where the success we achieve optimizing resources, effectively reducing schedule durations and efficiently managing costs on multi-disciplinary projects is the standard. During my career I have had the unique ability to work exceptional well with a wide variety of groups, and personalities in all types of environments. This has provided me with experience to assist at all levels of senior management up to and including field supervision in a variety of disciplines.
