At MongoDB, I lead Precision Learning Programs (PLPs) globally, delivering structured, outcome driven education to enterprise customers across EMEA, APAC, and the US. I shape the global PLP strategy while also managing Training Subscription operations, sales enablement, analytics dashboards, and reporting. I lead cross-functional collaboration with Professional Services, Sales, and CSM teams to integrate PLPs and Instructor-Led Training into customer transformation initiatives, including AI adoption and platform migrations.Key Achievements and Focus Areas:• Scaled PLPs from 20-person pilots to 150+ learner cohorts across multi-year enterprise programs• Rolled out a global PLP Playbook to standardise delivery across regions and improve execution quality, leading to a CSAT increase from 8.2 to 9.1• Redesigned the PLP customer journey to improve onboarding and learner accountability, boosting post-assessment scores from 41.1% to 62.6% over three years• Designed and manage Tableau dashboards to track Skill Scanner results, PLP ROI, and Subscription adoption for PS, reducing case queue enquiries by over 20%• Transitioned the training model from per day milestone billing to a scalable subscription offering• Launched PLP 2.0 to support evolving customer needs, introducing certification prep sessions, new learner roles, feedback loops, and enhanced reporting to further drive engagement and impact
