As Senior Director of Product (R&D) at Nerdio, I focus on advancing the next generation of cloud and AI‑driven workspace technologies—building on over a more than a decade of experience in virtualization and digital end‑user computing innovation.I joined Microsoft in 2018 through the FSLogix acquisition, I’ve been deeply involved in shaping Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Windows 365 from their earliest days—starting from initial concept stages—into what has evolved into a multi‑billion‑dollar cloud virtualization business today. I contributed to key innovations including Windows 365 Boot, Windows 365 Switch, the Windows 365 app (now Windows App), Windows AI experiences, and helped incubate the vision behind initiatives such as Windows 365 Link, Windows 365 Reserve, and various upcoming end‑user AI capabilities.Previously, as a Principal AI Product Manager, Director of Community at Microsoft, my work centered on helping customers and the global community reimagine what’s possible with AI, Cloud, and virtualization technologies, as we move “From a computer on every desk in every home, to a PC in the Cloud on any device and AI in every interaction” through new Windows AI experiences.My mission is to drive innovation across Windows 365, AI, Windows, and Microsoft Intune—while empowering customers through technical enablement and community engagement—helping shape Microsoft’s broader ecosystem of Cloud PC and virtualization technologies at global scale.I am the author of five books, including the newly released Mastering Windows 365 and Mastering Microsoft Intune – 2nd Edition, a follow‑up to the 22K+ bestseller. I hold 8 patents across cloud, AI, and virtualization technologies and have won 9 internal Microsoft Hackathons together with our team.Before Microsoft, I served as a Global Black Belt for Azure Virtual Desktop and have received community honors including Microsoft MVP, Citrix CTP, VMware vExpert, Parallels VIPP, and NVIDIA NEPA—an achievement held by only five people globally prior to joining Microsoft.I regularly speak at international conferences across the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Europe, and the Middle East at events such as Microsoft Ignite, ExpertsLive, Workplace Ninjas, Citrix Synergy, VMworld, MEM Summit, and more.
