With over 24 years of experience in the multifamily industry, I specialize in the growth and development of high-performing teams and streamlined operations. I possess a strong expertise in portfolio acquisitions and dispositions within the dynamic Phoenix Metropolitan market, along with a proven track record in repositioning multifamily properties and overseeing large-scale capital expenditure and renovation projects. My experience also encompasses comprehensive day-to-day property management.As a current board member of the AMA, I previously served as a co-chair for the Social Responsibility Committee, championing initiatives such as Project S.A.F.E and the 5-Star Crime Free Programs for four years. I am deeply passionate about volunteering and believe in the importance of giving back to the community to create a positive impact on the lives of others.
