Acted in an interim role of Associate Director of Talent Acquisition, for a total of 12+ months, where I worked closing with the Talent Acquisition team to develop roadmaps on future process enhancements to our application tracking system (ATS).• Partnered with various divisions with the Office of Human Resource Management (OHRM) agency to serve as a thought partner on process improvements to current internal processes and system enhancements.• Develop and implement agency wide project tracker to enhance the awareness and communication project timelines, deadlines, and blockers.• Establish and define Time to Fill calculation, data analysis, and reporting metrics for the entire Prince George’s County.• Re-engineer and automate the process in which the County recruits, hires, and onboards new employees.• Develop process documents, training guides, and conduct training to system users to influence accurate product use.• Collaborate with other County agencies to identify areas of disconnect with our agency.• Work closely with the County’s Office of Information Technology (OIT) to drive software enhancements and connectivity from our human resources information system to our application tracking software, NEOGOV.
