Allied Filter Systems Limited® is a UK based manufacturer of liquid filtration solutions, specialising in filter bags, vessels and cartridges. We understand that filtration is critical to your manufacturing process and product quality. Our approach is to connect with our customers, gain an in-depth understanding of your process, and recommend and provide products to optimise your filtration process. We consider all aspects of filtration performance, including improving efficiency and lifetime. Our manufacturing flexibility enables us to provide both standard and bespoke solutions that exactly meet your needs.For 40 years, we have worked in a broad range of liquid processing industries such as chemical, food/beverage, paints and coatings, automotive and many more. With direct sales in the UK, France and Sweden and a distributor network serving over 40 countries, our export growth led to receiving the Queen’s Award for International Trade in 2012. In December 2024, Allied was acquired by Cleanova, a portfolio company of PX3 Partners, further enhancing our offering and global reach.After graduating in chemistry from University College, Oxford in I have spent my entire career in the world of filtration. It’s a fascinating industry, the enormous variety of applications ensures you never stop learning. My background as a business owner and specifically as Commercial and Technical Director provided a platform to combine my two great professional passions - becoming a technical expert in liquid filtration and business growth. I feel privileged to have had the opportunity to immerse myself into so many different aspects of business…product and market development, business strategy, sales and marketing techniques, recruitment and development of some incredibly talented individuals, business acquisition, infrastructure development, manufacturing techniques and processes to name but a few. Drawing on my years of experience in business, I am passionate about mentoring and supporting our staff to achieve their professional goals and when i get opportunity, talking to smaller, young businesses who can benefit from all I have learnt. My wider role within Cleanova post acquisition as Sales Synergy and Technical lead enables me to apply many aspects of my knowledge to facilitate further growth opportunities. I am a committed family man devoted to my children Eloise and Nathan. I enjoy listening to music and going to gigs, I\'m a Grade 6 pianist and a keen guitarist. I love all things fitness, am a 1st Dan in Shotokan karate and (still.) an MUFC supporter.
