ELI5, “Explain Like I\'m Five” – that’s what IT teams should be focused on. IT has a habit of making things overly complex and full of jargon, but I don\'t think it has to be like this. My strategy is to explain complex challenges and solutions in a simple way.When I\'m not trying to distil complex solutions, I spend my time focusing on being a great dad, partner, and mentor. Sometimes, I spend my days off hooked up to a blood platelet donation machine and am very proud to have made over 50 donations so far. I\'ve spent the last two decades of my career honing my technical expertise, designing, building, and presenting solutions to IT leaders. My journey has taken me across diverse industries, including retail, automotive, and professional services.
