Hill & Co. was founded in 2011 based on firm commitments to balance & flexibility, to operate with a commitment to do the right thing and in pursuit of purpose – to partner with clients devoted to making an impact. My career has been dedicated to conversing with people about their lives, talents, interests and passion, learning who they are and discerning what they do best. Listening to corporate executives cast visions for their companies, searching for and finding talented individuals to help them fulfill their mission. I love my family, I love what I do and I love our little life.
