IP law has been at the heart of my career for 15+ years. Managing a few global brand portfolios, I frequently act before the trade mark offices as well as the German Federal Patent Court and the CJEU. My practice also involves cross-border litigation, often related to questions of consumer perception and unconventional marks (e.g. for the shape and colour of goods). Recently, I have been helping brands explore web3 and the metaverse (aka spatial computing).
