As a mentor/ Department Head, I love figuring out ways to connect with my team on an individual level and helping them grow and expand their skill sets. There are so many facets to working in a creative environment beyond the technical structure and timelines. It\'s so much about people management and finding out how to connect remotely and collaborate in new ways. A lot of times differences and arguments are solved through refining process and determining where systems are breaking down.As a Program Manager I remain the calm in the storm during stressful situations and look at roadblocks as something to figure out a new solution for. There isn’t a project that I can’t wrangle, process I can’t streamline or production I can’t bring to a successful finish. At the end of the day- I get it done without cracking under pressure.
