That\'s trust being built, pallet by pallet. And trust, at scale, is what turns emergency relief into permanent resilience.I currently lead Global Business Development for Humanitarian Operations at Ecolog International, where my work sits between institutional mandates and operational reality. My role is to bridge global institutions, bilateral donors, INGOs, and local markets, not just to move cargo, but to build the infrastructure that keeps moving long after the crisis ends.I believe the old model of aid is breaking down. What\'s replacing it requires a fundamentally different kind of private sector partner, one that doesn\'t just execute contracts but engineers trust, embeds local capacity, and measures success not in metric tons delivered but in economic ecosystems strengthened.That\'s the work.
