With over 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I am a talent administrator at WilsonHCG, a global leader in talent solutions. I coordinate and schedule candidates for various selection process activities, own pre-employment processing, maintain compliance documentation, and generate reports on recruiter and candidate activity. I am also a certified yoga instructor at CorePower Yoga, where I serve the community and provide a consistent safe space for all to practice. I educate students on alignment, offer modifications, and connect with them before and after class. I also perform front desk tasks and ensure the studio\'s cleanliness and safety standards. I am passionate about wellness, social media marketing, and customer service, and I am always eager to learn and grow.
