Biotechnology innovation only creates value when scientific discoveries can evolve into robust development programs and ultimately reach industrial manufacturing.Throughout my career, I have worked at the intersection of scientific research, biotechnology innovation and industrial development. My role often consists in structuring complex development programs and creating the conditions that allow multidisciplinary teams to move forward with clarity and alignment.Acting as a program architect, I help translate scientific ambition into coherent development pathways by connecting the different dimensions of biotechnology programs: research, process development, analytical activities, manufacturing constraints and industrial partners.A central component of this work lies in coordinating the CMC dimensions of development. Beyond regulatory considerations, CMC represents the framework that integrates scientific innovation with industrial feasibility. By aligning technical expertise, manufacturing capabilities and program resources, I contribute to maintaining coherence across development trajectories and securing their progression toward industrialization.Having worked across academic research, biotechnology innovation environments and pharmaceutical manufacturing contexts, I particularly value collaborative ecosystems where scientific creativity, industrial discipline and strategic coordination must converge to transform innovation into real-world applications.
