I build businesses around innovation that change lives, bringing first-of-their-kind technologies from idea to adoption. From women’s health to med-aesthetics to endobariatrics, I’ve led commercialization for breakthrough technologies that had no playbook — just potential. Turning that potential into revenue, adoption, and trust is where I thrive.I lead from the front. I’ve walked into new markets with no brand awareness, built the sales force, secured hospital approvals, and created the marketing rhythm that turns early traction into predictable growth. My work has helped physicians build new revenue lines, hospitals expand access to care, and patients find solutions that truly change their quality of life.Over the years, I’ve led teams across the U.S, built direct and distribution sales networks from scratch, and launched multiple first-to-market devices. My leadership style is clear and hands-on, equal parts strategic operator and builder. I’m relentless about creating structure, clarity, and accountability, but equally focused on culture, coaching, and the people behind the performance.At my core, I love the challenge of taking something complex and making it work; commercially, operationally, and with purpose.
