Chris has over (30) years of Supply Chain Management (SCM) experience. His experience spans many SCM areas including; Strategic Category Management & Sourcing, Procurement, Materials Management, Logistics, Expediting, and Agile Leadership.Chris started his career in oil and gas on the shop floor of an Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Manufacturing Company (EPCM). His SCM journey has allowed him to lead many SCM activities with his latest role Manager, Materials Management where he was accountable for ~60MM$ of inventory and achieved over $10MM USD in surplus equipment sales. This was a Canadian and US portfolio.Chris actively maintains his Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) designation. As a lifelong learning he completed his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) through the University of Athabasca.Specialties:Chris has managed and executed all aspects of SCM including; micro/macro-environment analysis, strategy development, leading Request for Proposals (RFXs), supplier negotiations, contract development/award, post award supplier relationship management, continuous improvement, dispute resolution and inventory management.Category Management:He has extensive experience in Facilities, Operations, Drilling and Completions goods and services.
