Coauthored multiple regulatory impact analyses (RIAs) under the AIM Act to support the national phasedown of hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs)- Led a complete overhaul of EPA’s legacy Vintaging Model (VM), migrating it from VBA to modular Python cutting runtimes by 95% and enabling scalability and reproducibility- Developed a Python package to streamline data analysis and visualization, standardizing outputs across teams- Coauthored a scientific manuscript (in review) comparing skin cancer incidence and UV radiation exposure in the U.S. and Australia using EPA\'s Atmospheric Health Effects Framework (AHEF) Model- Mentored colleagues on scientific programming, version control, and reproducible workflows—raising the technical bar across the division- Helped design the data architecture for a new regulatory reporting platform.
