I am passionate about coaching basketball at various levels. I have over five years of experience as a head coach and assistant coach for high school and AAU teams, where I develop and implement effective training programs, foster team spirit and collaboration, and mentor young athletes. Coaching basketball allows me to combine my love for the sport with my leadership, communication, and motivational abilities.I\'ve coached over 450 games in the past 4 years, with just over a 65% win rate across youth, freshman, JV and Varsity and AAU levels. Build the environment, let the players grow organically. The players win the games, not the coaches.
