My experience in leading physician practices has given me multiple perspectives to ensure our organizational success. My ability to lead cross-functional teams while having a diverse knowledge in various scopes of the business allows me to make an impact fast and adapt to the ever-changing world of healthcare.At One GI, I lead all aspects of the organization, including implementing strategic growth initiatives, improving operational processes, raising quality, reducing overall costs, building strong physician and partner relationships, and impacting the continuum of care in a positive way.
