ABOUT CHRISTALYN RHODES

Dr. Christalyn Rhodes is a biotech executive, inventor, and founder working at the intersection of genetic medicine, agentic AI, and human performance.Her work is driven by a singular goal: to transform how medicines are discovered, developed, and delivered—and to build collaborative models that catalyze life-changing therapies for patients worldwide.She began her industry career at Flagship Pioneering, where she helped incubate breakthrough therapeutic platforms and later co-founded an RNA editing company developing precision genetic interventions. She went on to serve as Associate Vice President of Genetic Medicine at Eli Lilly, where she led external innovation, strategic partnerships, and technology scouting to accelerate the next generation of RNA and gene-based therapies.Previously, Dr. Rhodes was Head of Academic Partnerships and Expert-in-Residence at the Harvard Innovation Labs, advising science- and health-tech founders and building translational pipelines between academic innovators and industry. Across roles, she has become known as a strategic connector of disciplines—integrating molecular biology, AI, and systems thinking to turn complex science into scalable platforms, partnerships, and products.Today, she is the Founder & CEO of Harmonie Health, a stealth digital biotherapeutics company developing agentic AI and real-time physiological adaptation to modulate pain, stress, and performance. She is the author and lead inventor behind Harmonie’s core technology, which blends AI, music science, and wearable biometrics to support two urgent populations:Oncology patients, especially those who cannot tolerate high-dose opioids and require safer, non-pharmacologic pain interventionsElite athletes managing overuse injuries, recovery demands, and performance-related stressBefore founding Harmonie Health, Dr. Rhodes also worked as an investor and biotech entrepreneur, originating therapeutic platforms addressing diseases with high medical and economic burden. She designed technologies and authored multiple patents that reversed the trajectory of a failing company—resulting in more than $50M in value recovery.Dr. Rhodes earned her PhD from Harvard University and is currently a Sloan Fellow at the MIT Sloan School of Management.
