As a UX Researcher & Designer, I work with a cross functional team to develop dashboards that reflect brand performance across US and Global markets. As the primary researcher on this team I develop research plans, conduct interviews with SMEs, stakeholders, product owners, and users across all levels of employees. I create user surveys, analyze qualitative and quantitative data, formulate user personas, facilitate design workshops, map user journeys, conduct user testing, and communicate with stakeholders. I translate data from user research into design considerations and communicate with developers for inclusion into each iteration of the dashboard across desktop and mobile.
