secu credit union, Maryland - Contract •Working with two software application teams providing support and maintenance for several web applications used within Secu Credit Union. •Facilitate Scrum ceremonies; Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Demos/Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives. •Help team define norms/agreements; definition of Ready and definition of Done and enforce the agreements. •Ensuring impediments are resolved quickly, communicating organizational impediments to leadership. •Managing Kanban and scrum-board configuration for two teams, enforcing WIP limits and making sure team members understood workflow. •Assisting in the successful implementation of DevOps across Secu Credit Union’s line of development and operations. •Assist product teams with making appropriate commitments through story selection and task definition. •Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
