I loved studying psychology in college, and have found it both challenging and rewarding to navigate the intricacies of human interaction in corporate America. Having spent the last few years understanding the finance/accounting side of business, I am now focused on understanding the people side of business and contributing to human-centered organizational change. In fact, I am nearing completion of my Master of Science in Organizational Development and Leadership (expected graduation December 2022) with the goal of ultimately transitioning into a full-time career in Organizational Development.
