About Christa Racine
As the Director of Athletics at Drew University, I oversee the athletic programs for 26 varsity sports and more than 450 student-athletes. I have been in this role for eight years, and I have been part of the Drew community for 30 years as a women\'s soccer coach, associate athletic director, and athletic director. I am passionate about coaching, athlete development, and creating a culture of excellence, integrity, and inclusion in our athletic department. I have multiple certifications and awards in coaching, and I have led the women\'s soccer team to multiple conference championships and NCAA appearances. I have also supported the academic success, leadership development, and community engagement of our student-athletes, coaches, and staff. My mission is to provide a holistic and transformative educational experience for our student-athletes, and to contribute to the overall vision and values of Drew University.
