When I worked for pressure pumping division I drafted, reviewed, edited and negotiated Master Service Agreement as well as Scope of Work agreements. As part of the contract function, I reviewed certificates of insurance and requested modifications as needed.Currently I am drafting, negotiating, and working with multiple Patterson business units for the following agreement: Goods or Services, Transportation, IT, and other miscellaneous type agreements. We are beginning to implement Coupa as a contracts management system and will also be monitoring certificates of insurance and as part of that process will implement new policies and procedures.
