Advance CentraCare\'s future workforce by creating and expanding partnerships with high schools, colleges, and community organizations to build long-term pipelines of future talent through career exploration and program development within the communities served by CentraCare.• Work collaboratively with CentraCare leaders, educators and departments to understand and then translate organizational talent needs to educational partners in a manner that influences curriculum, program development and student career pathing.• Partner with area high school leaders, colleges/universities, career counselors and teachers/faculty to: Promote healthcare careers and CentraCare; Develop new programs that expose students/faculty to and showcase current and future workforce needs; Direct incoming student experiential learning and teacher/counselor requests to appropriate staff/resources; Enhance existing and develop new relationships with targeted programs; Initiate discussions around new or expanded degree/certificate programs that meet workforce demands.• Manage implementation of CentraCare\'s Dual Training Pipeline Grant, awarded annually through the MN Dept of Labor and Industry and the MN Office of Higher Education, aimed at up-skilling current employees by providing structured on-the-job training alongside college training within high-need career paths.• Engage in workforce planning; provide valuable input and share forecasts with educational partners and students, ensuring our programming aligns with organizational needs. • Initiate workforce training and development efforts, leveraging public/private grants and partnerships with local agencies and non-profits to help students and youth transition successfully into the workforce.
