   I managed a team of bankers across three states with varied retail support duties as well as filling the role of Security Specialists. Primary responsibilities include cash replenishment for all of our branches in three states, in direct relation to our budget. My team performed security audits, cash and operation branch audits and safe deposit box audits. They assembled teller offage reports for management\'s review. They were responsible for review of fraudulent activity, surveillence review, police reports. They provided \"feet on the ground\"​ for various retail banking needs.I was the chairperson for a Retail Support Committee that reviewed procedures and implemented changes that directly relate to efficiencies. I reviewed deposit documentation exceptions for inherent risk to the bank. I was a member of our bank\'s core banking software committee, our compliance committee and our business continuity committee.
