Serve as the operations leader, leveraging a dyad partnership with a medical director to support BHS\'s outpatient medical group\'s primary care division. Responsible for managing ten primary care locations across Berkshire County with unique clinical and administrative profiles. Clinical services span internal medicine, osteopathic primary and specialty care, podiatry, and pediatrics, including integrated behavioral health and substance use treatment resources. Each office\'s administrative, regulatory, and financial profiles vary by provider-based billing, non-provider-based billing, and rural health clinic status. Ensuring stable patient access and financial stability through the successful adoption of shared productivity standards and best practices to improve provider experience, mitigating factors contributing to burnout. Transforming primary care in the Berkshires by diversifying and optimizing the interprofessional primary care team at each site within the context of multiple accountable care organization structures. Driving consistent clinical and operational quality improvements across sites and KPIs through effective communication, transparent data sharing, reliable leadership support, meaningful follow-up, and accountable governance infrastructure. Routinely monitoring key best practices are adopted and maintained across the division to ensure continued engagement and progress toward our shared goals and vision.
