   Christa Clark, CPA, is the national leader for RSM’s Investment Fund tax practice. She also serves as the national leader for the firm’s Investment Fund Executive tax practice. Her roles focus on tax structuring, consulting and planning for investment funds as well as their owners. With over 16 years of diversified taxation and accounting experience and a strong focus on the Financial Services industry, Christa services entities in almost every legal form, with extensive knowledge in partnership taxation. She utilizes her partnership and individual taxation expertise to service her practice, which focuses on private equity funds, hedge funds, family offices, high-net-worth individuals, trusts and estates, and closely held businesses. Christa also serves as RSM’s northeast regional leader for all Culture, Diversity and Inclusion efforts and is a board member for the region’s employee network group focusing on retaining and advancing female leaders.RSM US LLP is the fifth largest U.S. provider of assurance, tax and consulting services, with more than professionals and associates in more than 90 offices nationwide.
