I believe sport gives young people confidence and life skills that live on long after they hang up the uniform. I seek opportunities that align with this vision and with my company, Beyond Sticks. Beyond Sticks offers a unique athletic experience by combining joyful sport training with character development. We train and empower young women through summer camp, year-round programs, and clinics. Our trademarked \"Play Beyond the Game\" curriculum is created to increase mental toughness, strong character and confidence in athletes. Through our work we serve approximately unique athletes per year.

Highlights-Built a tailored, ever-evolving character development program for all participants that emphasizes confidence, teamwork, growth mindset and mental toughness-Supported multiple community outreach initiatives, including a 340 member non-profit field hockey league that successfully lobbied for field hockey to be added as a varsity sport in public schools and two charter school after school hockey intro programs-We serve 200-300 athletes seasonally and athletes annually-3 staff members and 15-30 coaches at any one time.
