   As a director I lead multiple groups comprising design engineers, manufacturing and development engineers, integration engineers, and engineering technicians. I am responsible for providing technical leadership, driving innovation, execution of R&D projects, and ensuring collaboration across functions to deliver advanced robotic surgical solutions.Directly accountable for deliverables that ensured successful IDE submission of the Ottava Surgical Robotics System and eventual FDA clearance. This involved actively overseeing testing, writing responses for FDA inquiries during the submission process, supporting clinical labs and integration points of hardware, and empowering my team and partners throughout the entire process.
