Client management and consulting for mid to large group benefit customers Ongoing benefit program review and analysis for medical, dental, vision, life, disability, voluntary, and worksite programs Develop and execute renewal strategy, including: cost containment, carrier negotiation, coverage placement, plan design, employee contributions, implementation, open enrollment, compliance, employee communications, and wellness programming Monitor financial and clinical performance of the benefits plans and provide targeted action items to improve plan performance and/or enhance the benefit package according to client goals and resources Lead client meetings with executive level participants, communicate final program to employees using group meetings, individual training, and written communications Project management during implementation of plan changes, carrier changes, and benefit technology platform integration
