Now leading on clearance of conditions- Pre-application submission - conversion of listed building to residential use and 2 new build shared accommodation buildings- Outline planning application - up to 120 dwellings - edge of settlement/Green Wedge site- Planning appraisal - 2 Class Q conversions and up to 10 dwellings at land to the rear- Change of use of part of the new Derby Business School to mix of commercial office space and/or educational space for the University- Change of use of outbuilding in Derby to cafe/coffee shop/bar.
