St. Vincent is a 286-bed, Level 1 trauma center.Notable Achievements: Leading an Always Safe hospital-wide initiative (Intermountain Health branded high reliability program). Reduced errors in the operative and perioperative space. Improving overall culture of safety. Implementing safety tools and developing program to hardwire and sustain always safe practices.Developing strategy for hospital-wide reduction in length of stay, including emergency, inpatient, and surgical departments.
