I am an Experimental Physicist with more than 25 years of experience. I attended graduate school at Rice University in Houston, Texas. I earned a Doctoral degree in experimental atomic physics and a Master\'s degree in experimental high energy nuclear physics. I have a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgia Tech in Atlanta, Georgia. I majored in Physics and minored in Economics - and successfully completed a work-study cooperative education program. As a co-op student, I worked 2 years at the X-10 Oak Ridge National Laboratory on Thermonuclear Fusion at the Fusion Energy Division. I also was a researcher at Y-12 in Oak Ridge on silicon focal plane arrays, ion beam milling, beryllium machining, and nuclear non-proliferation. My clients and employers have included NASA JSC, NASA JPL, NASA HQ, NASA Langley, NASA DSN, Cal Tech, MIT Lincoln Labs, U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Department of Energy, U.S. Air Force (Space Command & NORAD), U.S. Missile Defense Agency, NV Energy, British Petroleum, Halliburton Energy Services, ExxonMobil, BNSF Railways, Queensland Gas Company, Cardinal Health, Accenture, Methodist Hospital, and other organizations. I have been granted 45 patents for new sensors, signal processing, and processing of scientific data. I successfully commercialized many of inventions for my clients and employers. These inventions were transitioned from concept to commercialization and now generate very large revenues and ROI for the assignees. IP valued >$50M.
