Leading the programme controls teams in the delivery of a major programme to design and build two new reservoirs in the Fens and Lincolnshire areas. A ~£7 billion investment in England’s water infrastructure, the programme will supply around homes and over 200 million litres of drinking water per day. This is a key leadership role in the PMO with responsibilities that include- leading all controls teams with oversight of cost, risk, scheduling, change, estimating and reporting- delivering the programme governance and reporting process with responsibility for enabling data-based decision making for project Exec Leadership teams.
