I launched Redisland Australia in the USA and built it into the fastest growing Olive Oil brand of 2007, I introduced the Weight Watcher brand into 4 fresh food categories with Greencore, introduced Ehrmann into the US yogurt category under multiple products and directed the growth of Alexapure in air and water filtration. PRODUCT INTRODUCTIONS | NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT In my career I have pioneered new brands in Europe and the US and introduced hundreds of new products to consumers. Examples are launching Haagen-Dazs ice-cream, Amoy Asian foods and Pillsbury dough to the UK market, introducing Australian and German food products into the US and preparedness products to US on-line consumers. I have led product development in fresh meals, salads, sandwiches, edible oils, yogurts and baked products as well as water filtration. BUILDING TEAMS AND NETWORKS I bring the ability to establish, lead and grow teams to deliver excellence, and twice I have established a completely new team from scratch that included sales, marketing, logistics, finance and administration. On four occasions I have established a national network of sales brokers for retail, club and alt channels and built a full suite of 3rd party agencies to assist in marketing.
