I am a Partner and Global Sector leader with Leathwaite, the leading executive search, interim and talent advisory firm for functional leadership. Based in the UK, I split my time between London and New York and I am responsible for driving our strategy and overseeing performance in these three areas for Leathwaite:1. Corporate - functional, corporate officer and Board/ Non-Executive leadership appointments for Leathwaite\'s corporate clients across consumer, industrials, life sciences & healthcare, real estate and technology. Private equity - prioritising deep, long-standing relationships with investors, we partner with PE firms, Boards and portfolio CEOs to build world-class teams. I oversee our work building operating partner/ value creation teams and recruiting transformational functional leadership for portfolio companies.3. CHRO and Human Capital - Leading a team across the US, UK, EMEA and Asia that work with CEOs and Boards to recruit the most impactful Chief HR/ People Officers while also helping them to build their People leadership teams. As companies seek to attract the most diverse, impactful talent possible, our functionally-focused approach allows to track, assess and attract this talent for our clients regardless of industry or sector.Our functional practices operate globally focusing on finance & audit; HR; strategy & transformation; legal, risk & compliance; commercial (sales/ revenue/ product); technology & digital, and Board/ NED/ Advisors.
