Attends and participates in job fairs, classroom visits, and other recruiting events.– Collaborates with department leaders to understand the skills and competencies required for open positions. Reviews, formats, and post job openings in a timely manner. – Reviews applications and conducts screening activities to analyze, qualifications, including reviewing/verifying candidate background and skills for selection process. – Effectively communicate with hiring managers to select and schedule viable candidates for interview process. – Conduct background check and employee reference/eligibility verifications. Collaborates with HR Leadership on questionable results to determine hiring outcomes. – Effectively navigate and utilize the HRIS (Oracle) order to efficiently manage candidate and employee information. – Collaborates with the hiring manager and HR leadership to recommend offer details for approval (including start dates, incentives, salaries, and other pertinent details). Extends employment offers in a timely manner.– Participate in new employee orientation by presenting HR related policies and benefits.– Meet with employees as requested to conduct exit interviews. Relays information to HR leadership for appropriate follow up. – Lead and/or assist in administering hospital programs, including employee service awards and employee events. – Assist with the front desk as needed. Response to Human Resources related questions, through phone calls, and front desk inquiries, as a back up to the HR secretary. – Actively participates in, and positively contributes to department do it projects in all of service excellence expectations- Assisted with the revise of our Standards of Behavior and way finding for the organization- Served as an Advisor & Ambassador for CLS Service Excellence Initiative- Served as Ambassador Super Coach for our Service Excellence Council.
