My focus on being a principle-based company turns construction on its head to deliver success!There aren’t many, if any, woman-owned general contracting firms in the Bay Area, in the $50M+ revenue space. I am building upon my experience growing my last company to make this new venture thrive!I am looking forward to aligning with clients by approaching projects holistically to understand goals and risks. I have 18+ years of experience working for developer / builders and utilize this developer experience to broaden the view on projects instead of approaching with GC blinders on. I understand the nuances of- government-financed projects- sensitivities of interest carry- challenges of entitlements- complexities coordinating so many stakeholders My experience takes the burden off our clients so they aren’t the sole accountable party!My experience running a company for almost a decade sets me up for success. I have amazing bonding capacity from Berkshire Hathaway, financial support, and wide-spread connections in the industry. Growing a company will be even easier the second time around!I am fielding interest from very prominent clients and community stakeholders. I look forward to expanding my company to make an impact on the community and in this industry!
