I also build direct field and customer evaluation programs that inform and shape the direction of Cisco\'s 16 billion combined support and professional services business. I have multiple certifications in Microsoft products and system deployment, and I have extensive experience in consulting, hybrid cloud, and automation for some of Cisco\'s largest customers.    Role: Was moved from consulting to being a Lead Global Strategic Professional Services Product Architect for Cisco’s 16 billion combined support and professional services business. Acting as the technical touch point cross-organization, including marketing, operations, delivery, sales, communications, Cisco engineering, and service product management. Utilized Powershell, Azure, Splunk, AWS, and OATHv2.While acting as a cross-technology domain expert, led innovation and development of future-oriented services and technologies for Professional Services, focusing on Cloud, Analytics, Automation, Orchestration, and top-down Virtual Intelligence. The scope was across all Cisco technology lines, including Networking, Hosting/Cloud, Business Applications, IAM, Data management, Voice / Video and Collaboration, and Information security. Created and delivered global field training for new portfolio releases for thousands of consultants worldwide.Outside my main responsibilities, I developed from scratch a globally scalable, FIPS-140-2 compliant, zero false positive, high precision digital consultant AI service deployed into major companies. This service reduced high-complexity customer analysis from weeks to less than 24 hours- Built a direct field and customer experience interview and evaluation program that led to hundreds of backlog enhancements and feature items prioritized and used to drive future portfolio decisions- Created a pipeline for field innovations that evaluated and gave access to product management and inclusion into the overall portfolio, allowing for multiple major innovations- Crafted feature 360 product view to cross-reference 23 high-level services across 18 technologies, demonstrate integration possibilities, selling and upselling workflows, and combined services selling strategy globally.
