As an Exit Specialist and Private Wealth Consultant I employ a comprehensive process that helps high net worth families and closely-held business owners realize financial planning opportunities and identify coordination gaps in their existing financial plans. I work in concert with clients and often their other advisors to help them create a coordinated and customized financial plan, implement that plan into action and then review and update their plan on a regular basis to ensure it continues to help meet their objectives. I help clients plan for a business exit and succession planning, including wealth accumulation and transfer strategies. By focusing on the unique needs of the business owner, I am able to bring a depth of knowledge to help business owners protect, grow and transfer or sell their business interests while meeting their objectives for financial independence.
