I love the premise of MOVING MOUNTAINS in the quote, above! To me, it means that I\'m doing purposeful work, which isn\'t really work at all and reflects my personal mission, which is to make an impact while helping others be successful!Way before the COVID-19 pandemic, I recognized the need for a virtual assistant to support high-level leaders, allowing them to focus on their best work. This was mountain moving work! Everyday I made an impact on the leaders I supported, their employees, clients, patients, customers, and the community in general. I started my virtual assistance business without the remote tools we have today, such as video conferencing, the Internet, cell phones, and social media. Now, it seems impossible that I did so, but it was a great learning experience. Fast forward….I was told that I might be good in sales. After all, I’d successfully sold my business services. I found that my relationship-building, problem-solving, organizational, detail-oriented, and collaborative skills were well-suited for sales and customer care.On the other hand, my sales experience has also enhanced my skills as an executive assistant. I have a much better appreciation for the mission and vision of an organization.My career has come full circle. I’m seeking a full-time, remote role in a company where my organizational, productivity, efficiency, and quality-related skills will be highly valued.I’m looking forward to the mountains we will move next!I love connecting on LinkedIn!
