About Chris Sauls
Through my transformative coaching program, which combines growth mastery, assessments, and accountability for lasting leadership success, I empower ambitious professionals and emerging leaders to break free from personal growth stagnation and gain self-awareness.Background: My experience started with the United States Army after high school. From there, I have worked in different industries in technology departments for the following companies: Itron, Waste Management, Nova Gaming, Pharsight, Certara, Seterus, IBM, Cisco, Duke University and Hospital, and Blackbaud. Roles include information management officer, software customer support and quality assurance, software engineer, automation engineer, technical lead, field services manager, quality assurance manager, and infrastructure engineering manager. I have worked with technologies including Windows and Linux operating systems, ESXi, KVM, and AHV hypervisors in various levels of environments, including the Enterprise level. Development experience with C#, JAVA, and Python. I have carried Network +, Security +, MCSE, and other technical certifications at different times. My technology career has been a journey of learning and growing to meet and exceed the expectations in each role. Through these experiences, the one piece that has stood out the most is the people factor. We all deserve to be led well, and while I have failed in the past, I have taken steps to become a leader others want to follow today. It\'s also why I became a Maxwell Certified Leadership Team Member and a part of the Executive Directors program. I enjoy coaching others to be the best version of themselves, pushing them beyond their current limitations to reach new heights in the office and at home.
