   Head of strategic finance and analytics for $1B+ restaurant brand, responsible for corporate and franchisee profitability management, providing data driven strategy and insights to drive accretive sales for franchisees and continued value creation for our investors. o Introduced and led the rollout of media attribution model to better inform buying/channel decisions o Led project for data driven menu pricing (using item level/location level elasticity and competitive data); rolled out to 77% of the system resulting in a 4.2% sales lift vs. control stores o Revamped 5 year and LBO models allowing our Board of Directors and executive team to make better informed valuation driven decision making o Led successful area developer buyback program by creating territory valuation methodology and target pricing ($50m+ in successful deals) allowing for an additional $7m in additional annual EBITDA o Overhauled analytics function with eye to strategic thought partnership (brought in team); launched new BI tool to allow for real time dashboarding and embedded analysts in projects of strategic priority o Helped drive investment and launch of convenience strategy and associated measurement of key performance indicators (convenience strategy helped aid COVID 19 bounce back, increasing digital sales ~15% and 3rd party adoption ~50%) o Introduced a monthly scorecard for field coaching touch points to drive “routine excellence” in our restaurants and drive adoption of strategic imperatives (ex. delivery/digital), scorecard and P&L collection tool led to ~4% improved flow through in year one
