I am a self-employed legal consultant, acting for my clients through Excello Law and Artington Legal, and providing a corporate law service for law firms. I\'ve been a solicitor for over 30 years and I was a partner in large law firms in Birmingham, Oxford and Milton Keynes. I specialise in corporate law, structuring and funding businesses, and employee share incentives. Specialties: • EMI and other employee share schemes • employee ownership trusts • corporate tax structuring • complex commercial contracts • raising money for business, banking documents and security • partnerships and LLP\'s.
