I am head of the Business Space Lease Advisory team in the UK offices of Colliers International. I am a qualified Chartered Surveyor (a Professional Member of the RICS) and have 30 years\' experience in the major UK property markets.My main role is to represent occupiers and investors in negotiations and transactions for rent reviews, lease renewals and lease re-negotiations. I deal with all types of properties in the business space sector, including office buildings, industrial, logistics and trade counters. I also act as an Expert Witness in arbitration and court proceedings.
