As the Managing Partner of Reid Legal Consulting, I provide expert legal services to entertainment and tech industry companies, with a focus on game development and publishing deals. I have over 11 years of experience as a games, IP, and transactional attorney, both in-house and in private practice, serving clients ranging from small indie developers and tech startups to global games publishers.My core skills include negotiating and drafting complex entertainment IP licensing and game development and publishing agreements, advising on data privacy and consumer protection compliance in a live-service software and game context, and drafting a wide variety of technology transaction contracts. I also have experience in startup and small business law, company formation and early round seed financing, and guiding company trademark and copyright protection strategies.
