About Chris Quirk
Partner Researcher with the Microsoft Search, Assistant, and Intelligence team. We explore ways to help Microsoft software work better for you, learning from your past interactions and usage to generate better outocmes now. My recent work explores methods of leveraging dense content representations for improved search and recommendations, as well as graph learning techniques applied to relationships and interactions. In the past, I\'ve worked on predictive text models for Outlook and Teams, textual rewriting models for Word, machine translation systems for over a decade, NLP systems for biology data, semantic parsing, and a broad range of NLP tasks. I\'m excited about making computers understand and generate language.I\'m interested in publishable research (see my publications here & hl=en) as well as bringing research into production.
