Consult with managers on recruitment practices and advise on industry trends to develop effective sourcing strategies. Identify opportunities to increase the diversity of the candidate pool by partnering with internal and external organizations that support the company’s diversity, equity and inclusion efforts. Proactively search for candidates using tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other databases. Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidate qualifications. Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for the role and culture. Partner with department heads to understand staffing requirements and organizational goals. Advise hiring managers on recruitment best practices. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Prepare interview questions, assist with evaluations, and provide feedback to hiring teams. Ensure a positive and engaging experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process. Communicate regularly with candidates about their status, next steps, and expectations. Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the company. Track and report on key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate quality) to optimize recruitment processes. Maintain the recruitment database and ensure all candidate information is up-to-date.
