   Proposed and filled the first chemoinformatics position within Pfizer Medicinal Chemistry. The impact of this role led to the formation of a six-person chemoinformatics team. • Designed and developed a variety of chemoinformatic solutions for improving medicinal chemistry design effectiveness. • Co-led a team in the design and implementation of an enterprise application (Integrated Design Environment: IDE) to capture and track information relevant to design ideas. This application is in daily use across the worldwide medicinal chemistry organization. • Defined an enterprise application for medicinal chemistry design (IDE) by working within Business Technology for one year. Developed the business case, ROI, and consolidated medicinal chemistry requirements across global sites, as well as writing RFPs and overseeing the bidding process with third party vendors. • Team Leader for the development of a process to automatically capture prospective in silico model predictions (ADMET, potency), and comparative analysis of these calculations versus measured data. • Developed a FileMaker Pro application enabling the capture and discussion of new chemistry designs. Employed by 30 medicinal chemistry teams, this application was the forerunner to the enterprise Integrated Design Environment application. • Developed an automated data aggregation and analysis process (ADP) to enable medicinal chemists to focus on data analysis and compound design. This process was implemented across worldwide medicinal chemistry and is still in use today.
